April 10: 16th Annual Earth Day Cleanup -- Volunteers will meet at 9 AM at Saddleback Butte State Park staging area, Avenue J, just east of 170th Street East. Plan to stay after the cleanup to enjoy 50th Anniversary Celebration of Saddleback Butte State Park Dedication! Wear sturdy shoes, work gloves that fit, and bring drinking water in a refillable bottle.

May 15: 14th Annual Bicycle Ride Day

More fun for more riders -- long rides, neighborhood rides, obstacle course for the kids

Booths from local bicycle clubs and stores, and community organizations.

Come out to support a healthy, bicycle-friendly community, and have fun.

May 21 - 22:Endangered Species Day Conference

Join us for the Fifth National Celebration of Endangered Species Day. Activities begin with a reception and "Art and Nature" show on Friday evening. Conference and Breakout Workshops on Saturday, May 22. Antelope Valley College, Lancaster.
